Our goal is to breed huacaya alpacas with exceptional fleece and conformation. To accomplish this, we have purchased Championship winning herdsires to breed to our females. All LAF foundation girls have Championship bloodlines. Females purchased from LAF will also receive a free breeding to any solely owned LAF herdsire.
When a female comes to LAF for breeding, negative BVD PCR and fecal testing as well as current vaccinations and worming will be required. LAF has new biosecure facilities and pastures located on the farm.
